Healing looks different for every woman, every girl, and every family. That's why our work goes beyond one program or one service. We provide trauma-informed support, reentry assistance, mental health and wellness programs, advocacy, education, and community resources that help justice-impacted women and girls heal, rebuild, and create brighter futures. Every service we offer is rooted in dignity, compassion, and the belief that transformation is always possible.

"Healing Through Mental Wellness!"
Our Mental Health and Trauma program is one of our flagship initiatives, providing year-round healing and support. This program has transformed lives by helping justice-impacted women, girls, and gender-fluid individuals confront and heal from the deep-rooted trauma that often led to their justice involvement. Through counseling and group counseling, participants learn to process their pain, rebuild their self-worth, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. Many have shared that this program gave them the tools to break cycles of abuse, restore relationships, and reclaim their sense of purpose, empowering them to thrive and after incarceration.

Our care packages have exceeded all expectations. Since launching in 2019, we've delivered over 7,500 care packages. Each one is a symbol of hope, dignity, and care.

Our coalition work brings together organizations, community leaders, policymakers, and justice-impacted voices to create collective power for change. We believe that sustainable reform happens when diverse partners work together with shared visions of justice and equality.

Our coalition approach has strengthened networks, expanded access to resources, and increased our collective impact on criminal justice reform.

Our Empowerment Program is designed to help participants rediscover their strength, rebuild their confidence, and reclaim their narratives. We believe that every person has a story, and within that story lies the power to transform lives, communities, and systems. Through workshops, mentorships, skill-building, and wellness support, we equip justice-impacted women, girls, and gender-fluid individuals with the tools to rise above trauma and embrace their trauma.
Our programs foster self-worth, leadership, and healing, empowering participants not only to rebuild their own lives but to become advocates and change makers for others.
