WHY THIS CAMPAIGN
Faith doesn't ask you to skip the hard part. It walks through it with you.
Mental health struggles and unprocessed trauma live quietly in nearly every family and every pew. "What Are You Healing From?" exists to break that silence, pairing honest conversation, professional resources, and a community that shows up without judgment.
Over the coming months, we'll host storytelling nights, connect members with licensed counselors, train small-group leaders in trauma awareness, and build a wall, online and in our lobby, of the things we're all healing from.

I am truly grateful for the trauma support I received. The compassion, understanding, and encouragement I received helped me to begin a healing journey I never thought was possible. I now have hope, healthier ways to cope, and the confidence to move forward.
